Part-Time Community Care Assistant Bradcare Ltd

Role Overview

As a Part-Time Care Assistant you will provide essential support to individuals living in their own homes helping them maintain independence dignity and comfort. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing personal care such as washing dressing and supporting personal hygiene with dignity and respect
Assisting with meal preparation shopping and light household tasks
Offering companionship conversation and emotional support
Prompting or administering medication according to care plans
Observing and reporting any changes in wellbeing to the office or on-call team
Travelling within Swadlincote (fuel allowance provided)
Working part-time hours with flexibility around weekdays and weekends depending on your availability and rota needs

Requirements

Full UK driving licence
Access to your own vehicle
Availability for part-time hours
A caring reliable and compassionate approach
A positive attitude and willingness to learn

What We Offer

A rewarding part-time role supporting people in their own homes
Competitive pay rates:
- Unqualified Carers: 12.6519.80 per hour
- Qualified Carers (Level 2): 13.1021.30 per hour
35p per mile fuel allowance
5 per month data allowance payment
Full in-house training and induction based in our Swadlincote office
Shadowing shifts competencies and support before independent work
A friendly supportive team environment
Oncall service during out of hours for support and advice
