Ecolab is looking for a Corporate Account Manager responsible for managing and expanding Ecolabs portfolio of national and international corporate accounts across the Nordic region for our Institutional division. The role focuses on both retaining existing business and driving sustainable growth by building high-wide-deep relationships with assigned customers ensuring Ecolabs solutions deliver measurable value and long-term partnership.

What Will You be Doing
- Manage a portfolio of the largest corporate accounts in the Nordics to ensure revenue retention and profitable growth.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders through Executive Business Reviews digital tools and customized plans.
- Develop and execute account and pricing strategies while securing and increasing the revenue baseline.
- Promote innovation and efficiency by introducing and communicating new solutions staying ahead of industry trends.
- Ensure seamless service customer satisfaction compliance with safety standards and promote continuous improvement and teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Sales or related field.
- Proven experience in account management preferably with multinational or Nordic customers.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills in Norwegian and English.
- Ability to travel within the Nordics as required.
Success Profile
- Demonstrated ability to retain and grow complex customer relationships.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales and OI targets.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
