Job role:

Werelooking for a social media powerhousesomeone who canset the strategy and dive into DASHs presence on Instagram and TikTokand LinkedIn ensuring every scroll image and video drivesrelevance and connectionwith our audience.

You will drivecultural relevance visual storytelling and authentic engagement to make DASH the goto brand for creative health-conscious role is crucial withinbuilding DASH as ahousehold drinksbrand across Europe.

Youllreport to the Head of Brand and work within our brand creative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evolve and refineour social media and contentstrategy andensure we have the right plans in place to execute against it.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and externalcreativestodevelop and execute content strategieswhichbalance lifestyle product and cultural moments
  • Curate and manage DASHs Instagram grid for premium aspirational first impressions.
  • Drive TikTok strategy by embracing cultural risksjumping on relevant trends anddriving our ownauthentic conversation
  • Translatebrand campaigns and product launchesintoconsumer firstsocialcontent.
  • Spot cultural momentsand definewhen and howDASH shows up.
  • Edit and deliverphoto video content to keep our channels dynamic and engaging.
  • Community management - champion DASHs tone of voiceand personalitywhen engaging withour online community
  • Working closely with our growth team tomaximise synergies between our organic content paid ads.
  • Track KPIs report performance and optimise.

  • This role is focused on our organic InstagramTiktokandLinkedinaccounts anddoesntencompass paid ads growth marketing or conversion-focused campaigns.
  • Customer service over social channels.


Requirements

Experience we are looking for:

  • Minimum3 years experiencemanaging social media and content for lifestyle fashion or food & drink brands.
  • Brandagency or freelance backgrounds welcome.
  • Strong visual and editorial judgement with a portfolio of lifestyle grids and campaign launches.
  • A balance ofstrategic thinkingand handson execution.
  • Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok. What hitsWhat misses
  • Ability to spot and react to cultural trends with examples of successful reactive content.
  • Confident leading projects and collaborating crossfunctionally with creatives brand and external partners.
