We are seeking an Finance Business Partner - Associate Director based in Munich to partner with our Oncology/Hematology country management teams in Germany and Canada. This leadership role combines strategic financial analysis with hands-on responsibilities providing deep exposure to the commercialization of innovative products and an opportunity for growth. Collaborate with global teams and local leaders to shape critical business decisions while contributing to our mission of advancing healthcare solutions. Direct line management of this role sits within Finance not Accounting; and this role is notinvolved with the process of recording Actuals transactions in the Accounting system. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Forecasting revenue in for various products commercialised by Regeneron;
Working with other relevant functions to maintain revenue models as required;
Attending forecasting meetings with commercial team and global finance partners as appropriate to understand the revenue drivers;
Understand gross to net sales variances;
Enter budget/forecast into system and present forecasts to senior management;
Conduct Actuals vs Forecast analysis;
Ensure correct Actuals revenue and GTN data is loaded by Accounting with correct coding in the correct place (entity/location) for relevant product;
Work closely with internal Finance colleagues for corporate needs and deliverables associated with Commercial P&L data;
Identify process improvements and areas to increase support for both brand teams and cost centres;
Develop long-range plans budgets and resource allocations (including headcount) for Commercial operations;
Implement tools and manages the resource planning activities including FTE utilization across multiple diverse programs and cost centres.
Together with the business own the P&L for Germany and Canada take ownership of profitability in those countries
Track review and report costs; have Accounting make corrections if required
Advise ex-US business regarding finance matters partner the country leadership
Collate accruals and communicate to Accounting to be created at month-end / quarter-ends
Advise the business and the Accounting department on appropriate coding of transactions so they show up correctly in the prepared analysis later on
Liaise with stakeholders to track invoices against purchase orders
Work with brand teams to address a variety of business/financial challenges
Serve as a liaison between Commercial Medical Affairs and G&A to ensure efficient communication information flow and company alignment
Ensure 100% compliance with all Regeneron standards operating procedures and policies as well as governmental and industry regulations governing the sales marketing and overall commercialization of prescription pharmaceuticals
Management and leadership of 1-2 Finance professionals and 3 Office Managers

Applicants must have a relevant graduate degree and professional or post-graduate finance-related qualifications. At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in the biopharma industry with expertise in revenue modeling and an understanding of German reimbursement systems. High proficiency in English and German is required
