San Jose CA area- mostly REMOTE Direct Hire or 1099

$66K$80K base Uncapped Commission; Most 1st year reps make $200K -all in!

Our client a growing leader in thepackaging industry is looking for an experienced and drivenSales Representativeto take ownership of a high-opportunity territory. This is amostly remote rolewithbiweekly in-person meetings(Bay Area) andoccasional client visits.

If you have a strong background in packaging sales and love building long-term customer relationships this is a high-growth opportunity with excellent earning potential.

What Youll Be Doing:

Build and grow abook of business with a strong focus onnew business development
Cold calling prospecting andin-person client visits(boots on the ground)
Manage and retainexisting and lapsed accounts
Sell across product lines:
60% stock packaging
40% custom packaging
Close deals ranging from$300 orders to $300K/month clients
Sales cycles range from10 days to 6 months
Occasionally sell outside assigned territory for strategic accounts

What Our Client is Looking For:

Must-Haves:

5 years ofB2B sales experience
3 years inpackaging sales- MUST!
Proven ability to build and manage apipeline and book of business
Strong communication skills; highlyresponsive and proactive
Comfortable working independently in aremote-first role

Compensation & Role Structure:

Base Salary:$66000$80000 (DOE)
Uncapped Commission- Most 1st year reps make $200K or more!
ChooseDirect Hire (W2)or1099 contractor
Remote-firstwithbiweekly Bay Area sales meetingsandlocal travel as needed
