The Role:
Lead and manage consulting projects focused on operational transformation cost optimization and process redesign in the banking insurance and fintech sectors
Work directly with senior executives providing strategic advice on improving productivity reducing costs and streamlining operations
Conduct detailed research and analysis to identify operational inefficiencies and develop tailored recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance operations and IT to implement solutions and drive change
Support international projects often working alongside global teams on cross-border initiatives in regions such as the US UK Canada Middle East and Switzerland
Develop strong relationships with clients acting as the primary point of contact and advisor for operational and strategic initiatives
Work in a dynamic fast-paced environment delivering projects on time and within scope while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
The Person:
Minimum 5 years experience in a financial services consulting or advisory role with a focus on banking insurance or fintech
Strong experience leading operational transformation projects including cost reduction process redesign and efficiency improvement
Deep understanding of the financial services industry with experience in retail banking commercial banking investment banking insurance reinsurance payments or fintech
Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and deliver strategic recommendations
Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team both locally and internationally
Experience with operational excellence frameworks lean methodologies and automation tools is a plus
Willingness to travel internationally as part of cross-border projects
