Brightpath Recruitment is growing and were looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team inStrandhill. This is a genuine opportunity to step into awell-established desk with active roles existing clients and a strong candidate pipeline allowing you to earn commission early and build long-term success.

Were a specialist construction recruitment business with a strong reputation and long-standing client relationships across Ireland.

This role will suit an experienced recruiter or a strong sales professional ready to move into recruitment who enjoys ownership of their desk values quality relationships and wants to see their effort directly rewarded.

The Role:

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle including:

Business development and client relationship management
Managing live roles across the construction sector
Candidate sourcing interviewing and placement
Building and maintaining long-term client and candidate relationships

With a live desk and active workload in place youll be set up to make an impact quickly.

What were looking for:

A minimum of 2 years experiencein recruitment or a target-driven sales role
A strong commercial mindset and confidence developing new business
Someone who is proactive resilient and motivated by results
Strong administration organisation and IT skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability

Experience in construction/recruitment is a strong advantage but not essential.
