The NC Local Service Unit Manager for India will have the following tasks and responsibilities:
Report to the respective NC Service Portfolio Group Manager
Are accountable for overall revenues and service results (OCF gross margin) for their local markets
Are accountable for customer satisfaction and system ageing in their allocated markets
Act as input giver to NC on capacity to ensure correct priority of opportunities
Are responsible for Installed Base of Network Control e.g SLA adherence and system ageing within their
allocated markets
Ensure correct cost allocation to service and sales support.
Responsible for generating repeat and additional service business from their customers.
Understands how our Installed Base system is used by the customer where it adds value and how this value can be maintained and extended.
Discusses future plans for the system with the customer and strives to align customer budget with investment needs.
Acts as the customers voice in Hitachi Energy and vice versa
Is the point of contact in HE for customers in maintenance and tracks/follows up open issues to drive overall customer satisfaction and may take the role of service project manager.
Collaborates closely with sales as well as project and service teams
Supports messaging to the customer for e.g. cyber security issues
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Network Control system projects implemented with Hitachi Network Manager.
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
