Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM particularly Marketing module components (Views Forms Fields Compliance Profiles Topics Segments Journeys Emails Content blocks Entity & Model Driven Apps).
Perform customization configuration Ribbon customization sitemap editing and app designing.
Develop plugins workflows using C# and JavaScript.
Integration of Dynamics CRM with other systems including experience with Logic Apps Azure Integration Service and Function Apps.
Work on Azure DevOps XRMToolbox Rest Builder and OOTB CRM.
Draft Technical Design Documents and propose different design options using Azure components.
Conduct code reviews aligned with best practices.
Create and manage CI/CD pipelines.
Troubleshoot and debug existing CRM issues efficiently.
Follow Agile methodologies and use version control tools like GIT and TFS.
Hold relevant Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications.
