Your mission
Were building Europes leading workplace intelligence platform. After our Series B were scaling fast in theDACH market and youll be joining at an exciting early stage. Youll learn from top sellers quickly own your own deals and help customers experience the future of work first-hand.
Hamburg or Berlin as your base; hybrid with an in-office focus. Presence in one of our hubs (Munich Pfäffikon Barcelona Paris) and travel to customers & team workshops.
In this role you will
- Hit or exceed quota through predictable coverage rising win rates and shorter sales cycles.
- Execute territory & account strategies: ICP/segments repeatable plays partner involvement.
- Sell with strong methodology: rigorous discovery clear deal strategy compelling narratives.
- Work seamlessly with BDR Marketing CS & Product fast feedback loops from the market.
- Strengthen our presence in the market through references use cases and thought leadership.
What you need to be successful
- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience (SDR/BDR or AE) ideally SaaS with early closing success.
- Strong outbound motivation & ability to generate your own pipeline.
- Confident in qualification negotiation and closing multi-step deals (Enterprise co-selling a plus).
- Reliable forecasting KPI focus & disciplined CRM management (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Native-level German (C2) and very good English; familiar with DACH business culture & trends.
