Plaids Remember Me network lets millions of consumers each month share their information effortlessly and securely through Link. The network is growing rapidly and delivers meaningful benefits for our customers delivering an over 10% lift in conversion for returning users. Despite the massive growth were just getting started our team is also responsible for setting the foundation and vision for Plaids consumer-facing products in and outside of Link.

As part of the Remember Me team you will own a foundational pillar of our strategy: build meaningful features for consumers that enable economic freedom and improve trust in the financial ecosystem. You will lead product development and execution within a startup-like environment at Plaid and iterate quickly based on learnings and consumer feedback. You will partner closely with partners across ML design and data to build something that can touch tens of millions of consumers enrolled in the Remember Me network.

Responsibilities

    • Take a brand new consumer product 0-to-1 that benefits consumers Plaids customers and financial institutions
    • Own the vision and multi-year strategy and roadmap for Plaids consumer-facing efforts across web and native mobile platforms
    • Drive execution from concept to launch; iterate quickly based on feedback and learnings
    • Partner deeply with design research and data science to deeply understand consumers and their pain points

Qualifications

    • 8 years of experience ideally with a significant fraction in a consumer-facing product management role
    • Has successfully launched 0-to-1 products or major features
    • Thrives in ambiguity. Generates clarity that enables the broader team across engineering design and marketing to execute
    • Strong product sense and taste. Can balance craft attention-to-detail and quantitative outcomes
    • Adept at crystallizing consumer needs motivations and pain points into a coherent roadmap and product vision
    • Excellent communicator in written and verbal settings with cross-functional partners
    • Nice to Have Experience building anti-fraud or ML-driven products
$202800 - $330000 a year
The target base salary for this position ranges from $202800/year to $330000/year in Zone 1. The target base salary will vary based on the jobs location.

Our geographic zones are as follows:
Zone 1 - New York City and San Francisco Bay Area
Zone 2 - Los Angeles Seattle Washington D.C.
Zone 3 - Austin Boston Denver Houston Portland Sacramento San Diego
Zone 4 - Raleigh-Durham and all other US cities

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission (if applicable) equity and benefits. The pay range shown on each job posting is the minimum and maximum target for new-hire salaries. Actual pay may be higher or lower depending on factors like skills experience and relevant education or training.
