Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead the pre-opening and operational success of Avani Vientiane. This is a unique opportunity to shape the guest journey from day one ensuring the property delivers exceptional service strong financial performance and a distinctive brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all hotel operations including front office housekeeping food & beverage and engineering
- Drive guest satisfaction through proactive leadership and service excellence
- Oversee financial performance: budgeting forecasting and cost management
- Recruit train and inspire a high-performing team aligned with Avani values
- Collaborate with sales & marketing to position the hotel competitively in the Vientiane market
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and Minor Hotels operational standards
- Build strong relationships with guests owners and community stakeholders
Qualifications :
- 5 years previous management experience with proven experience as a Hotel Manager or senior hospitality leader within upscale or luxury hotels
- Strong operational and financial management expertise
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multicultural environment
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Lao or regional languages is an advantage
- Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences and driving brand loyalty
- Previous relevant experience in Southeast Asia strongly preferred
