- Developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies based on the companys long-term goals and market trends.
- Defining pricing strategies and conditions for key customers in collaboration with company leadership.
- Leading complex negotiations with customers at the executive management level.
Analysis and Planning
- Conducting advanced data analysis (Nielsen scanner data internal data) to identify key growth opportunities with a focus on expanding the distribution of Red Bull cans.
- Leading the preparation of annual business plans including scenarios for various market conditions.
- Optimizing trade support budget allocation to maximize return on investment.
Performance Tracking
- Regularly evaluating performance (volume profitability strategy implementation) and proposing corrective measures.
- Sharing results with customers top management and communicating the value of collaboration with Red Bull.
Collaboration
- Building strategic partnerships with key customers in the wholesale segment and achieving the position of Category Captain.
- Collaborating closely with Trade Marketing and other departments to develop and implement innovative category strategies that enhance the distribution of Red Bull cans.
- Mentoring junior team members and ensuring their professional growth and development.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in a KAM or equivalent role within FMCG (Field Sales Management Trade Marketing/Marketing or a combination thereof).
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term strategic relationships.
- Advanced analytical skills with a focus on strategic planning.
- Proven ability to lead projects and teams with a results-oriented approach.
- In-depth knowledge of the market and business processes in the FMCG sector especially within the wholesale segment.
- Upper-intermediate to advanced level of English proficiency.
