We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team in West Kelowna BC Canada Team. As a Warehouse Associate you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our warehouse facility contributing to our commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Pick pack and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Receive count and verify incoming vendor materials and customer returns
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies
- Ensure proper storage and organization of materials within the warehouse
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines
- Assist in maintaining a clean safe and organized warehouse environment
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Operate warehouse management software for inventory tracking and order processing
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Assist with customer service at the counter as needed
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in material handling or warehouse operations
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management
- Ability to learn and operate warehouse management software systems
- Intermediate math skills for inventory calculations and measurements
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
