Job Summary
- Audit and report inventory while identifying which items to order and restock
- Guiding the team monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of equipment
- Ensure timely picking shipping and return of materials and equipment.
- Prioritize and assign work to the team based on workload and customer requirements
- Identify and report problems or deficiencies
- Achieve team goals in collaboration with the MSL Operations Manager and Purchasing Supervisor
- Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives for optimal performance
- Mentor direct reports assist with development plans and conduct one on ones and performance evaluations.
- Address employee concerns enforce discipline policies and manage on and off-boarding activities.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner
- Other tasks assigned by the MSL Management
- Ability to integrate with and work well in a team setting
- Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced environment
- A high proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- A high degree of proficiency using SharePoint an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to prioritize work
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant warehouse experience
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
- Completion of a supply chain logistics procurement or related program is considered an asset
- Working knowledge of SAP or inventory-based software considered an asset
- Experience working in an equipment rental environment considered an asset
Compensation Information:
The expected salary range for this position is $60000 - $90000 annually. Placement within the range is dependant on a variety of factors including qualifications and experience.
