TERRITORY COVERAGE
- Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner.
- Completion of all visits allocated to defined territories.
OUTLET DEVELOPMENT
- Drive the distribution of Red Bull in outlets where the product is available or not yet available
- Ensure the premium in-outlet execution of Red Bull according to strategy defined at the regional and national level.
- Impact the on defined execution standards of an outlet which focuses on right assortment availability visibility of placements and messaging.
- Building quality relationships through effective communication.
- Influencing decision makers through presenting compelling insights and commercial proposals.
STOCK MANAGEMENT
- Managing orders to ensure Red Bulls stock keeping units (SKUs) are always in stock and on display.
- Ensuring that stock levels necessary to secure continuous availability of Red Bull products to the consumer in all covered outlets are always maintained.
POS MANAGEMENT
- Securing (and where possible improving) the agreed in-outlet presence of the Red Bull brand.
- Placement of relevant POS - ensuring POS is correctly sited and up to date in all outlets based on the store segment
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Be the main point of contact for store managers/ owners within your defined territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships on every visit
ADMINISTRATION & REPORTING
- Completing all necessary administrative tasks accurately and on time.
- Complete full audits on every visit with accurate information using the Red Bull internal auditing tool.
Qualifications :
Experience within sales in particular field sales is preferred
You like being on the move as this isnt an office job. A tool of trade car is provided so a full drivers license is mandatory for the role
Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships
Clear understanding of Off Premise & On Premise channels (retail impulse non-traditional bars restaurants QSR bakeries)
IT savvy and familiar with standard softwares and technology
