A Day in the Life
负责过程及成品质量管理工作收集进货过程顾客反馈的质量数据并进行分析为产品持续改进提供输出为产品质量提供保证岗位职责
1.负责制定并完善产品实现过程中质量控制计划
2.负责质量信息采集数据分析与改进管理并每月进行
产品质量数据汇总
3.负责各种产品异常的调查分析的发起及跟踪CAPA落
实的跟踪验证
4.认真实现公司执行的质量方针和质量目标完成本岗位
质量目标
5.负责关键控制点的MSA分析
6.负责零部件及成品的检验作业指导书的编写及完善
7.实时组织QC活动
8.根据程序文件和作业指导书协调各部门之间的工作实
时改进和完善质量体系控制流程
9.负责对特殊过程的监控评审过程确认方案的报告
10.负责评审设计变更以及设计变更的相关验证工作
11.负责评审设计输入/输出/评审设计验证设计确认是否符合法规要求
12.完成领导安排的其他工作

两年及两年以上质量管理工作经历
