Job Summary
Were seeking a hands-on leader to oversee maintenance operations across a multi-property portfolio. This 100% field-based role ensures operational excellence safety compliance and resident satisfaction while supporting and guiding maintenance teams.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and train maintenance staff; promote teamwork and safety.
- Oversee daily operations preventive maintenance and quality control.
- Respond to emergencies and assist with work orders as needed.
- Manage vendors budgets and capital projects.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA EPA ADA and Fair Housing standards.
What Were Looking For:
- 3 to 5 years in multifamily/property maintenance.
- Supervisory experience with strong technical knowledge.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills. -
- Valid drivers license; ability to travel regionally
