Senior Marketing Manager (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven results-oriented performance marketing leader with a strong understanding of full-funnel digital marketing for U.S. audiences. This role is ideal for someone who has grown through hands-on execution and has proven track record in guiding high-performing marketing teams in cross- functional manner.

You will work cross-functionally with leadership marketing product and technology teams to design test and scale marketing campaigns across channels monitor performance metrics experiment with creative and audience strategies and ensure measurable results. Youll bring curiosity analytical rigor and accountability owning outcomes while fostering a culture of learning and performance.

What Youll Do

• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing performance with business goals and global market needs.
• Partner with marketing product and technology teams to optimize full-funnel campaigns across paid organic and email channels.
• Oversee testing and experimentation to improve acquisition conversion and retention performance.
• Track and analyse KPIs to guide continuous improvement.
• Grow mentor and support a capable marketing team ensuring excellence in execution.

Who You Are

• Proven leadership in managing full-funnel digital marketing including paid media SEO content and email.
• Skilled at mapping business goals to granular steps in marketing including campaign design optimization and A/B testing.
• Analytical and results-oriented with strong understanding of performance metrics.
• Hands-on leader who collaborates closely with specialists to drive measurable outcomes.
• Curious organized and passionate about performance marketing and growth.

Must-Have Qualifications

• MBA from a highly recognized business school in India.
• Minimum 6 years of marketing experience focused on U.S. markets.
• Proven success managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads Meta Ads HubSpot Salesforce Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams while remaining actively involved in strategy testing and optimization.
