Job Summary
| Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Mainframe applications using Cobol DB2 IMS and AWS Design and architect secure scalable and resilient systems using microservices and serverless patterns. Guide the team in implementing solutions using Cobol DB2 and AWS services (e.g. Lambda API Gateway DynamoDB S3 ECS RDS SNS/SQS). Participate in code reviews ensure high code quality and enforce clean architecture and design principles. Mentor and coach developers on both technical skills and Agile best practices. Translate business and technical requirements into system designs and implementation plans. Ensure performance tuning scalability monitoring and observability of deployed services. |
