Division:Chief Information Security Office (CISO) Identity & Access Management (IDAM)

As a global financial market infrastructure the protection of Euroclear information and assets is fundamental to the companys business. Security is at the core of our services firmly embedded in the management systems and processes of the company.

You will be joining CISO in the Identity and Access Management (IDAM) team. IDAM oversees implementingoperatingand managing all the access from to or within the Euroclear IT infrastructure. This helps to ensure that everyone has access to the right resources at the right time for the right reasons provided in a way which aligns to the increasingly meticulous compliance requirements Euroclear is subject to. Services covered by IDAM include access management user lifecycle management privileged accessmanagementand recertification as well as providing delivery and advisory services.

User Access Management Manager Job Description

The User Access Management Manageris responsible foroverseeing and leading theUser Access Management squad within Identity & Access Management. The manager will lead a team of specialists collaborate with IT and business stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in access governance and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: manage and inspire a team ofapproximately 10members setting clear expectations and goalsempoweringandholdingpeople accountable.

Lead mentor and manage a team of user access analysts and administrators. Oversee day-to-day operationsJML activitiesassign tasks and ensuretimelycompletion of access requests andremediation actions following a recertification.

• Performance Management:establishclear goals and expectations and work closely with team members to improve their performance provide feedback and offer support and guidance.
• Collaboration: Build a safediverseand inclusive team and foster collaboration within the team and across departments to achieve common goals.
• Problem solving: Listen to teammembersfeedback addressissuesand challenges within the team offering solutions and resolution strategies.
• Communication:Maintainopen and effective communication with team members management and other stakeholders.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently and effectively to maximize productivity.
• Training and Development:Identifytraining needs and support team members in their development.
• Access Control Operations: Oversee user account management permissions and role-based access controls across various platforms (Active Directory cloud applications enterprise systems etc.).
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with IT HR Legal and business unit leaders to understand access requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Continuous Improvement:Identifyprocess improvement opportunities and implement automation to streamline access management workflows and enhance security posture.
• Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on access management metrics compliance status and risk assessments to senior management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Cybersecurity or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3 yearsof experience in user access management identity and access management (IDAM) or IT security with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of access control concepts role-based access control (RBAC) least privilege and segregation of duties.
• Experience with IDAM tools and technologies (e.g. Active Directory LDAP Azure AD Okta SailPoint etc.).
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (SOX HIPAA GDPR) and audit processes.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP CISM CISA or similar) are preferred.
