The Department Secretary is responsible for providing and coordinating office and organizational responsibilities necessary for the operation and support of the medical staff/providers and department. The secretary works as part of a team and frequently acts as a liaison between department staff and internal/external customers.

Whats Available:

  • Part-time 20 hours/week

  • Shift: Monday-Friday Days (no weekends)

  • Hours: Between 8:00am - 4:30pm

  • Department: Cancer Center that includes Infusion hematology medical oncology radiation oncology Tomah Cancer Center and Palliative.

  • Location: Full on-site La Crosse

What you need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Teams Excel and Word

  • Office/clerical background

  • Healthcare experience is preferred
