The Strategic Planning Performance & Engagement Branch is a dynamic team providing expertise and services to executive and direct service leaders including strategic and business planning program evaluation and performance employee engagement and communications change management implementation interface and reporting. The Role
Help shape the future of services for families. As a Performance & Evaluation Analyst youll play a pivotal role in advancing evidence-based decision making across our division. Collaborating with dedicated professionals and leaders youll design and lead evaluation projects from start to finish turning data and insights into actionable recommendations and practical implementation strategies. Your expertise in research evaluation methods and data analysis will drive improvements to ensure we deliver the best possible services. As a trusted advisor with strong analytical and critical thinking skills and a systems-thinking perspective youll champion data literacy and foster a culture of performance improvement and accountability. Adaptable and curious you thrive in complex environments and are passionate about collaborative problem-solving and continuous improvement.

About this Position:
There is currently a temporary opportunity available until March 31 2027 this temporary opportunity may become permanent.
This position can be based out of any of the location(s) listed above.
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to 4 days at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement.
An eligibility list may be established to fill future temporary and permanent vacancies.
