What youll do
Deliver person-centred care for individual needs
Provide support with personal care and daily living
Assisting with household tasks and domestic support
Provide transport and community participation.
Promote social inclusion through recreational activities and outings.
What youll bring
We are seeking individuals who have:
A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities.
An ability to build trust and meaningful relationships.
Relevant qualification in Disability
Experienced in disability support (professional or personal experience valued).
NDIS Workers Check Clearance National Police Check (within 6 months) Working with Children Check
Valid drivers licence.
