What You Will Do:

• Write high-retention scripts (including voice-over) crafted specifically for YouTube with strong pacing humor and structure;
• Work closely with the Creative Director to shape briefs and topics for upcoming videos;
• Identify and assess trends and viral formats to determine which concepts are worth developing into scripts;
• Develop original entertaining and funny video ideas tailored to a young audience with strong creative instinct;
• Analyze audience behavior performance patterns and content dynamics to guide script direction;
• Collaborate with content creators and crafters to ensure scripts are filmable efficient and optimized for shooting;
• Take ownership of script quality delivering work that requires minimal revisions and meets deadlines consistently.

What We Expect:

Compensation: The role comes with a fixed gross monthly salary of up to 3500 based on qualifications and experience.

Our YouTube channel: candidates will be required to go through several recruitment stages: a virtual interview (pre-recorded) a test task and an interview with the hiring manager.
