Job Summary
Our client is looking for a Mechanical Improver to support the mechanical team with maintenance repairs and installations of plant machinery.
Salary and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist artisans with installation maintenance and repair of machinery
- Support troubleshooting and corrective maintenance activities
- Carry out routine mechanical checks and simple tasks as assigned
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Report faults or equipment issues to the supervisor
Key Skills:
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely under supervision
Key Qualifications:
- NC/ND/HND in Mechanical Engineering or Fitter & Turner
- Completion of an Apprenticeship training programme is an added advantage
- Trade tested and possession of a Class 1 Journeyman card
