Job Summary
Our client is looking for a young energetic and technically skilled Refrigeration Improver to join their maintenance team.
Salary and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation servicing and repair of refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment.
- Support maintenance of cold rooms chillers compressors HVAC units and freezer systems.
- Perform routine checks lubrication testing and basic fault-finding under supervision.
- Carry out preventive maintenance tasks as instructed.
- Maintain accurate job cards service records and daily activity logs.
- Observe all SHEQ standards ensuring safe working practices at all times.
Key Skills:
- Strong willingness to learn and develop into a skilled Artisan.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision when required.
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Key Qualifications:
- NC ND or HND in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
