Position: Webflow Designer

Working time: EST / Mountain time business working hours

Salary range: $2000 - $3000 per month

Location: Remote

Job description

Our marketing agency is seeking an experienced Web Designer to join our team. Within this role you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our multiple clients within multiple industries.

We need someone who is passionate about designing and developing websites and has a strong understanding of UI/UX principles.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with our marketing team and clients to understand their needs and requirements.
Create beautiful and engaging designs that meet the clients brand guidelines and target audience.
Develop and implement website design using Webflow.
Ensure all designs are responsive and compatible with all devices.
Collaborate with other team members to optimize website performance and user experience.
Continuously monitor website performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Webflow website designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design and development skills.
Knowledge of web design principles including UI/UX HTML/CSS JavaScriptAdobe Illustrator andInDesign.
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present work to both the team and clients. Must be fluent confident and professional in client interactions.
Understanding of SEO best practices.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
