Job Summary
Job Description
Our client is seeking a MidLevel Product Designer to join a dedicated project team on a fixedterm contract. This role offers the opportunity to design and deliver user experiences for a largescale gamified financial education web application serving close to one million users nationwide.
Youll play a key role in shaping intuitive engaging and impactful digital experiences working across product strategy design systems and usability testing. This is a unique chance to contribute to a meaningful platform with real social and financial impact while collaborating in a supportive crossfunctional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing end-to-end user experiences for a public-facing financial education web app
- Creating wireframes user flows prototypes and high-fidelity UI in Figma
- Advising on product direction feature prioritisation and experience design
- Working directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements present work and build strong working relationships
- Translating complex financial concepts into clear accessible and engaging learning experiences
- Conducting usability testing and iterating based on feedback and insights
- Collaborating closely with developers to ensure smooth handover and high-quality implementation
- Contributing to and maintaining design system components used within the project
- Supporting UAT and post-release feedback loops
Requirements
- 4 years experience in a Product Design or UI/UX role
- Strong proficiency in Figma and FigJam
- Experience designing real-world digital products at scale
- Confidence working cross-functionally with product engineering and QA
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with client teams
- Excellent attention to detail and usability
Nice to have
- Experience with learning platforms fintech or gamified products
- Exposure to behaviour-change or data-informed design
- Experience working in agile product teams
