Role Overview
The client is looking for a Production Designer whose primary focus is building high-performing Meta ads for the company CPG and knowledge in AI. There is potential for this role to assist in editorial output including on-site assets and newsletters and branded partnerships (including interactive webpages).
The primary focus is building high-performing Meta ads for the clients supplements business. This role blends paid social execution smart systems thinking and speedwith strong visual taste and a performance mindsetturning ideas insights and raw assets into scroll-stopping creative that converts.
What Youll Do
- Design and produce Meta-first ad creative (static light motion) for paid social
- Rapidly iterate ads using performance insights (hooks crops CTAs formats)
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate production variation and creative testing
- Produce high-quality product visual assets for use across PDPs and paid social ads
- Support editorial design needs including article visuals and newsletter assets
- Assist with branded partnerships including interactive and custom-designed webpages
- Build and maintain Canva Figma templates and design systems for scalable output
- QA and prep assets for launch across paid site and email channels
Core Responsibilities
- 3 years of experience in production or performance design (DTC / CPG preferred)
- Strong expertise in Meta ad design best practices
- Advanced Figma skills; Adobe Suite experience required
- Comfort using AI tools for design iteration and efficiency
- Ability to work quickly stay organized and adapt across formats
- Strong visual judgment with a conversion-first mindset
