Job Summary
Introduction
AfroCentric Group is offering an exciting 12-month development programme for registered nurses and allied aspiring Healthcare Professionals (Physiotherapist Pathology Medical Tech Paramedics/Ambulatory Services Dietitian Enrolled/Auxiliary/ nurses). This programme provides valuable exposure to Pre-Authorization processes with a focus on clinical decision-making customer engagement and managed care operations.

Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- You will be expected to handle pre-authorization requests accurately maintain service turnaround times and contribute to improving patient care quality
- Through your engagements with the customer you will need to build trust and connection and resolve requests with acknowledgement and care.
- Providing Customer Experience and is responsible for assisting customers needs.
- Growing and maintaining knowledge and understanding of the customer journey and your emotional reactions.
- Delivering and enable excellence in all service moments to all stakeholders.
- Providing personalized clinical servicing through the omni channel experience focusing on the overall care quality of interaction between our customers and the brand.
- Providing holistic care that is personalized and accessible managing the care journey end to end.
- Committing to our service care charter striving to continuously make a positivedifference.

Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma- NQF6 / Bachelors Degree- NQF7 (Physiotherapist Pathology Medical Tech Paramedics/ Ambulatory Services Dietitian Enrolled/Auxiliary/ Registered nurses)
- South African citizenship
- Commitment to complete the full duration of the programme
