As a Junior Customer Acquisition Manager (all genders welcomed) at MakerVerse you will be at the forefront of our growth efforts. Your primary mission is to reactivate dormant clients generate new project opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline through high-frequency outreach. Compensation: Competitive fixed salary of per year with the potential to earn up to an additional 24000 in performance-based bonus (OTE on target earnings).
Tasks
- Proactively re-engage dormant customers and leads converting them into repeat buyers.
- Drive high-volume outreach via calls emails LinkedIn and other channels to generate opportunities.
- Qualify new projects and facilitate smooth handover to Business Development Managers (BDMs).
- Maintain CRM accuracy (HubSpot) to ensure a clean reliable and transparent pipeline.
- Continuously refine your pitch improve performance metrics and enhance personal skills.
- Collaborate with Marketing and BDM teams to align on messaging and customer needs.
Requirements
- Proven sales drive and resilience with a proactive results-oriented mindset.
- At least 1 year of experience as SDR Inside Sales in a high-frequency sales environment such as SaaS insurance finance etc.
- Fluency in English; German proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and sales tools preferably HubSpot.
- Ambitious competitive and motivated to progress into a closing-focused role.
- Strong communication organizational and analytical skills.
