Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer for a client in Brussels with strong hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing with a mandatory focus on Playwright in TypeScript.
Tasks
- Execute and document manual and automated test cases.
- Ensure API validation using tools such as Postman Kreya and SoapUI.
- Design implement and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright (TypeScript required).
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate closely within DevOps workflows.
- Perform non-functional testing using JMeter and Gatling.
- Work within Agile teams following modern QA and DevOps best practices.
Requirements
- Practical experience with test management and bug-tracking tools: Xray TestRail Zephyr Jira.
- Strong experience in manual and automated testing.
- Mandatory expertise in Playwright with TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD DevOps practices and automated test integration.
- Hands-on experience with non-functional testing (JMeter Gatling).
- Proficiency working in Unix/Linux environments.
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL networking fundamentals and container technologies such as Kubernetes.
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification (mandatory).
