Who Can Apply

Fresh graduates (B. Com BBA B. Tech MBA etc.)
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Must be comfortable working full-time for 1 year
Must have a laptop stable internet connection and proper WFH setup

Key Skills Required:

English fluency Clear speaking and professional writing
MS Excel proficiency Above basic (formulas sorting filtering formatting basic dashboards)
Attention to detail time discipline and accountability

You Will Be Trained In:

Understanding client requirements and decoding job descriptions
Industry mapping and identifying competitor hiring patterns
Identifying critical technical and behavioral skills from JDs
Working within a future-ready recruitment process
Exposure to ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) candidate outreach tools and AI-powered screening techniques
Navigating and sustaining efficiency in a highly process-driven system
Developing individual leadership ownership mindset and professional client handling

Additional Information:

Internship Certificate will be issued only on successful completion of 12 months
Based on performance interns may be offered permanent roles such as:
- Recruitment Executive
- Talent Sourcer
- Client Delivery Associate
