Job Summary
Operations Intern - India
Location: Work From Home (Remote)
Stipend: 15000 INR per month
Language Requirement: Hindi and/or English (native proficiency)
About the Role
SummitNext is hiring Operations Interns in India to support our AI research and data collection initiatives. This role involves managing participant onboarding maintaining structured databases executing marketing campaigns and coordinating audio data collection activities. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of research projects.
Key Responsibilities
Participant Onboarding & Coordination
Manage end-to-end onboarding of participants for research projects
Explain project guidelines clearly to participants
Ensure accurate submission of required data
Maintain regular communication and follow-ups
Database & Data Annotation Management
Maintain participant database accurately
Understand and manage data annotation processes
Verify data quality and completeness
Update records in real-time
Marketing & Outreach
- Aggressively promote projects using:
College groups
WhatsApp communities
Telegram channels
Social media platforms
Drive participant acquisition
Track campaign performance
Audio Data Collection
Coordinate audio data collection tasks
Ensure participants follow quality guidelines
Validate audio submissions
Eligibility
Currently pursuing college OR recently graduated
Must be based in India
Fluent in Hindi or English
Strong personal network
Self-driven and target-oriented
Basic computer skills
