Founding BDR Lead

Job Description:
Own top-of-funnel growth as a hands-on player-coach for a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS platform. You will build outbound programs run campaigns and establish the BDR function from scratch. This includes hiring training and leading the team to drive pipeline generation and achieve aggressive revenue targets making a significant impact on the companys growth.

What you will do:
Build and execute the go-to-market strategy owning pipeline generation and revenue targets for a 02M ARR stage business
Operate in an early product-market fit state testing segments refining messaging and identifying key personas
Design and optimize sales processes and tools (CRM metrics) then hire train and develop a high-performing SDR/AE team
The ideal candidate:
Proven experience in a 0 to 100 customer B2B SaaS environment
Demonstrated ability to close 6-figure contracts and drive C-level conversations
Relentlessly driven to win charismatic curious and adaptable with a strong growth mindset
