Your role as an Early Years Graduate will include:
Working alongside the Early Years team to deliver engaging sessions to Nursery and Reception pupils.
Supporting class teachers to ensure lessons run smoothly and pupils remain on track with the curriculum.
Applying your theoretical and practical knowledge from your degree within a busy EYFS setting.
Helping to create a stimulating and supportive environment for childrens learning and development.
Building strong communication with colleagues and contributing to a collaborative team.
Essential requirements for the Early Years Graduate role:
A 1:1 or 2:1 Early Years Degree from a top 20 UK University.
A strong desire to move into Teacher Training.
Proactive dedicated and passionate about working with young children.
Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
Previous child-based experience is desirable.
