To support the development correspondence campaigns for the Colon Cancer Check (CCC) program updates and lead the development of the subsequent updates to the digital campaigns for the Digital Correspondence Portal.
Must haves:
- 3-5 years experience developing and maintaining paper and digital marketing campaigns and segmentation criteria
- and nbsp;3-5 years experience working with CRM tools and rules engines
- 3-5 years experience manipulating and analyzing large relational and multi-dimensional data stores
Responsibilities:
- Provides subject matter expertise and hands-on engagement for all relevant systems including identifying and creating technical solutions design development and deployment for specified technology.
- Creates segmentation models designs and builds marketing campaigns.
- Refine and clarify designs during campaign development and implementation. Coding and unit testing provide subject matter expertise in supporting System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Support deployment in production. and nbsp;Conduct Root Cause Analysis of production issues.
Desired Skills:
- 5 years experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) marketing segmentation and Siebel CRM strongly preferred
- 5 years experience analyzing and designing changes to segmentation campaigns
- Experience in creating and documenting the technical design development and delivery of specified technology solutions including: reports interfaces conversions extensions and customizations
- Demonstrated experience in the creation and update of technical design specifications to satisfy project requirements
- Experience developing integrated test scenarios identifying test data executing test scenarios as part of system integration testing (COTS and custom) troubleshooting and resolving issues identified and documenting test results.
- Ability to manipulate and analyze complex high-volume data from structured and semi-structured
- Experience working with healthcare data
- Complete knowledge of SDLC methodologies

The resource will comply with Ontario Health policies and procedures.
Ontario Health systems cannot be accessed from outside the province of Ontario and Ontario Health assets including laptops and related equipment cannot be removed from the province of Ontario without prior written approval from Ontario Health.
Assignment Type: and nbsp;This position is currently listed as Hybrid. The resource under this request will be required to work onsite as per Hiring Manager sole discretion.
Knowledge Transfer Details:
The resource will ensure full knowledge transfer is provided to the Ontario Health team before end of engagement. Some of this might occur at the end of the engagement but will also be shared as information is obtained/consolidated. Key deliverables will be shared with team.
The resource must provide all related documentation as part of knowledge transfer protocol. Documents will be reviewed by the appropriate leads and signed off by manager/director.
The resource will work collaboratively with the Ontario Health team throughout the assignment and ensure key deliverables milestones and documentation are shared.
A walkthrough of any demos development etc. will be required before the end of the engagement.
