Warehouse Officer Maddington

We are seeking a Warehouse Officer to provide efficient and safe warehousing services at our Maddington location. This role is critical in ensuring timely and accurate provision of goods and supply services to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties to maintain high service levels.
• Check off and allocate freight.
• Operate forklifts safely.
• Dispatch and receive freight including rotables for repair.
• Conduct stocktaking and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Process receipts and returns in ERP systems.
• Coordinate backload freight distribution.

What Were Looking For

• Proven ability to work safely and effectively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Experience with Pronto or similar ERP systems (desirable).

Qualifications

• Essential:
  • C-Class Drivers Licence
  • Forklift Licence
• Desirable:
  • Certificate in Storage & Handling of Dangerous Goods
  • Chain of Responsibility Certificate
  • Certificate III in Warehouse & Distribution
  • Experience in mining industry warehousing
