Our postgraduate education pathways (Remote Health Practice program) provides workforce development through Indigenous health and clinical skills training and we have a community driven research program led by researchers committed to improving health outcomes. We work alongside Poche SANT focussing on Indigenous leadership capacity development and developing the Indigenous health workforce. All activities are driven by our values which focus on the long-term and short-term needs of the NT community.
About the Role
The Campus Support Officer is the first point of contact for staff students contractors and visitors at the Alice Springs Campus. This role ensures smooth campus operations by delivering professional front-of-house services managing communications and providing administrative support. Working closely with the Rural and Remote Health team the position contributes to a welcoming and inclusive environment while supporting education programs student placements and campus activities. This position is part-time working two days per week during standard business hours.
Delivering courteous and efficient reception and front-of-house services including managing enquiries and communications.
Coordinating campus logistics such as room bookings fleet vehicles and event support.
Providing administrative assistance including data entry document preparation and inventory management.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective campus operations and community engagement.

Effective organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks meet deadlines and use initiative.
Strong verbal and written communication skills including producing quality documents and correspondence.
Proven ability to work collaboratively and develop positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in administrative support and event coordination with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
