About the job:

General:

Being contact window of customer to deal with orders customer visit customer inspection.

做客户订单客户参观客户终检与工厂的沟通的窗口

Execute administrative work with SOP as a base

以SOP为依据执行日常工作

Monthly check status of SO and MO of complete unit order before Jeeves closing and supervise other OHs to follow up.

每月关帐时关注SO 和 MO的订单状态督促其余OH遵守月结规则

Assist updating ET report every month

每月上传ET数据

Check MO big diff and mark orders.

Quote lead time and price calculations

负责客户项目询价询货期

Focus on KPIsengaged in applying the priorities (Safety Quality Delivery Cost)

关注KPI指标致力于维护4个指标安全质量交期成本

Develop and optimize SOP when required

提高和优化SOP

Assist QA to handle with Claims

协助质量部门处理投诉

Be active in problem resolution

Special:

Attend SB and CSB meeting and transfer the issues within different departments.

参加SB 和CSB会议传递不同部门的问题

Other tasks assigned by OH TM/UM

Secure implementation of DNs.

What you know:

Bachelor education and mechenical background is a plus

本科学历机械专业背景尤佳

Good English both oral and written.

良好的英语口语及书写能力

Good coordination and communication skills.

良好的沟通技巧

1-3 years of experience in relevant area in a forein invested manufacturing company
