Job Summary

Job Description

主要职责

1. 负责仓库内原辅料印刷品化学品及成品的接收初步检验入库及GR Label粘贴确保物料质量符合标准

2. 及时准确地发放原辅料印刷品及化学品并处理成品出货以满足生产实验需求及客户订单

3. 维护非Atlas系统物料的出入台账管理近效期库存确保库存数据的实时更新与准确性

4. 实施原辅料库特气站警卫门口货柜及QC五楼办公用品库的5S管理确保现场整洁和设备完好

5. 协助处理危险废物和一般固体废物包括危废赋码装卸和称重确保符合环保相关要求

6. 定期巡查和点检仓库区域的消防相关设备和设施确保其处于良好状态以防范安全风险

7. 作为仓库5S管理的牵头人规划并实施仓库5S管理提升工作5S水平

8. 负责办公用品的收货发放与盘点保证库存管理的顺畅

9. 按照相关SOP的要求负责不合格品的实物处置确保处置过程符合公司流程

10. 负责成品出货所需冰袋的准备确保发货需求能够满足

11. 负责仓库耗材的请购和管理保障日常运营需求

12. 监控成品液氮库液氮液位并进行添加以确保符合质量标准

13. 编写和更新仓库相关的SOPWI和WS文件确保操作标准化

14. 接收和记录液氮和特种气体确保相关数据的准确性

15. 根据领导安排完成其他相关工作以支持团队目标

任职要求

1.高中以上学历具备1年以上仓库管理工作经验

2.具有叉车驾驶证

3.熟悉GMP物料的存储保管运输的相关法规和要求的优先考虑

4.具备良好的责任心和团队合作意识能够承受一定的工作压力

5.注重细节具备强烈的安全意识能够遵循相关的安全操作规程

6. 熟练使用办公软件 OutlookPowerPointExcelWord等
