About the Role
As a BDC Representative you will be the first point of contact for our customershelping schedule appointments answering inquiries following up with leads and supporting our sales operations. This position is essential to our dealerships success and offers a clear path for advancement for high performers.
What Youll Do
Engage with customers by phone text email and online inquiries
Set qualified appointments for the sales team
Follow up with prospects to maintain interest and increase show rates
Support sales consultants with information communication and coordination
Track interactions and appointment outcomes in the CRM
Be a positive professional representative of Thompson Automotive at all times
What Were Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated dependable and enthusiastic
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and CRM navigation skills
Prior BDC or automotive experience is a plus but not required
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in rewarding performance and providing financial growth opportunities. Our BDC Representatives earn a combination of hourly pay vehicle allowance commissions and performance bonuses.
