Job Summary

Job Description : Contracts Manager for the upcoming projects in OGH

Drafting of pre-bid documents like MOU Term sheets Contract Agreement NDA etc.
Negotiation with Clients and finalization of Contract Terms.
Oversee the Contract Administration and ensure contractual compliance.
Preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) applications and handle delay management.
Claims preparation.
Non Recourse finance International Contracts

Knowledge : FIDIC and all other related documents pertaining to process industry

Experience & Qualification:

Min 15-20 years particularly in process-oriented projects.
Experience in Middle East will be preferred.
BE Civil / Mech with PG in Construction Management
