Job Summary
Team Leader Childrens Services
Location: Walsall (WS4)
Salary: 13.44 per hour (without NVQ Level 3) / 14.18 per hour (with NVQ Level 3)
Working Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week (7:00am 9:00pm)
Number of Sleeps Required: Sleep-in shifts required (55 per sleep)
Pay Per Sleep: 55
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: Children with learning disabilities
Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or working towards)
Experience Required: Experience supporting children with learning disabilities

This is a residential home supporting children with learning disabilities focusing on independence education and a fun fulfilling life.
Who we are looking for
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Team Leader to support the Service Manager in leading day-to-day shift operations.
You will:
Provide practical assistance and emotional support to your team
Lead by example and share best practice
Ensure children achieve their goals and aspirations
Work across a variety of shifts on a rota basis
Do not apply for this role if any of the following apply to you:
You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car
You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (not deemed equivalent)
Candidates with only HealthCare NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner qualifications
You require sponsorship no sponsorship available
Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home will not be considered.
