Key Responsibilities:

All responsibilities will be conducted within the parameters of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) other applicable regulatory requirements and professional standards.
Front line responsibilities
Take payment for student accounts
Serve as knowledge resource for other front-line staff
3rd Party Billing
Scholarship receipt and account management
Voucher receipt and account management
Lead on outreach for past due balances
Serve as backfill for primary frontline or third-party billing responsibilities
