UnspecifiedRoles and Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical specialists in delivering smart factory initiatives fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for smart factory deployment including MES APS Tool Data Management WMS CMMS EMS and other integrated systems to support a fully connected production environment.
- Drive end-to-end integration of factory systems with IoT platforms and enterprise solutions ensuring real-time data flow visibility and operational intelligence across production lines.
- Oversee program impact assessments including budget schedule and technical feasibility and present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Define project scope deliverables milestones timelines and resource allocation ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and operational objectives.
- Manage budgets for smart factory programs ensuring cost-effectiveness financial discipline and alignment with business priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology requirements implement solutions and establish governance standards for system integration.
- Establish training and change management programs to enable employees to effectively adopt new technologies and processes.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery of projects while maintaining operational continuity.
- Regularly monitor and report on project performance KPIs and outcomes to leadership providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Champion continuous innovation ensuring the smart factory systems evolve with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Qualification and Education Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Manufacturing Digital Technology Computer Science or related discipline
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
- Strong expertise in MES APS Tool Data Management WMS CMMS EMS IoT connectivity and integration with ERP systems.
- Project management skills including experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills with experience in budgeting resource planning and risk management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills capable of presenting complex technical concepts to senior leadership.
