Your role in our Global Team
As Account Director you are both a strategist and a leader the bridge between client vision and agency excellence.
You will oversee multi-market client partnerships ensuring business objectives are met through exceptional delivery collaboration and innovation.
You will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships leading internal teams across account strategy creative and medical functions and managing all aspects of project and financial performance.
You will report directly to the Senior Account Director or Head of Global Business working closely with senior leaders in Paris and other Havas Health markets to ensure consistent global delivery and growth.
This role requires a confident communicator who thrives in an international environment and is fluent in the language of creativity business and innovation particularly in the use of AI-powered tools to elevate workflows insights and storytelling.

Client Leadership and Strategy :
Serve as the day-to-day senior client partner building long-term trusted relationships at multiple levels.
- Translate client objectives into actionable strategies that drive measurable business and brand impact grounded in data-driven insights and creative storytelling.
- Lead the strategic planning and development of client programs across global markets.
- Anticipate client needs identify opportunities for growth and provide proactive strategic counsel.
- Represent Havas Health Frances global capabilities with confidence and authority.
Operational Excellence :
Oversee the planning coordination and delivery of multiple workstreams across markets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative strategy data and production teams to deliver fully integrated work that blends creativity insight and innovation.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time on brief and within budget in close collaboration with Project Management.
- Foster integration between creative strategic and production teams to deliver best-in-class output.
- Apply AI-enabled platforms and tools to strengthen insight generation collaboration and efficiency across projects.
Financial Management :
Own account financials including budgeting forecasting and profitability tracking.
- Monitor scopes of work and ensure accurate timely billing and reconciliation.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Growth and Business Development :
Adopt an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and convert opportunities for growth within existing and emerging client relationships.
- Identify and cultivate organic growth opportunities within existing clients.
- Contribute to new business opportunities supporting pitch strategy storytelling and presentations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on proposal development and thought leadership initiatives.
Team Leadership and Development :
Lead mentor and inspire a cross-functional team of Account Managers and Project Managers.
- Foster a culture of curiosity creativity and accountability across all team members.
- Champion collaboration between the Paris HQ team and other Havas Health markets.
- Promote the adoption of modern tools workflows and AI-driven solutions to strengthen delivery.

Skills and Experience :
- 4-6 years of agency experience ideally in health wellness or lifestyle sectors
- Strong leadership and team management experience with a collaborative empowering style
- Proven ability to build client trust and lead high-stakes multi-market relationships
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable ideas
- Deep understanding of agency processes creative workflows and integrated campaign delivery
- Strong commercial acumen with proven budget and scope management experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (mandatory); French proficiency a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Curious forward-thinking and comfortable applying AI-powered tools to enhance collaboration creativity and delivery
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms such as Teamwork or
Educational Background :
- Bachelors (mandatory) or Masters degree in communications marketing business or a related field
- Background or interest in health wellness or lifestyle communications is a plus.
