Sales Account Executive (France Italyor/and Spain)


Job description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to drive growth and manage strategic client relationships within the FrenchSpanishor Italian life sciences market.


This role offers the opportunity to join a fast-growing company working with pharmaceutical teams across Europe delivering omnichannel engagement solutions content data services and a newly launched subscription-based AI insights platform.

The role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a strong pharmaceutical sciences background who thrives in consultative relationship-led sales.


Key responsibilities:


Strategic Sales Execution

  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to grow the assigned market

  • Identify prioritise and develop opportunities with pharmaceutical consumer health and medical device companies

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and selected partners to deliver integrated solutions


Revenue Growth

  • Achieve and exceed individual revenue targets for new business and account expansion

  • Grow existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services and platform offerings

  • Build a strong sustainable pipeline aligned with the companys growth objectives


Client Engagement

  • Act as a trusted commercial partner to pharmaceutical stakeholders understanding their business objectives and challenges

  • Lead high-quality client meetings presentations and negotiations

  • Represent the company at relevant industry events conferences and client engagements

  • Build long-term relationships that support repeat business and account growth




Operational Excellence

  • Use CRM and data-driven tools to manage pipeline forecasting and client interactions

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and opportunities

  • Provide regular reporting and market feedback

  • Actively contribute to the development and refinement of sales processes and best practices


Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the life sciences sector

  • Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical environments and commercial dynamics

  • Language Skills: Native French Spanish or Italian

  • Working proficiency in English

  • Track record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets in a competitive consultative sales environment
