Are you a skilled CNC Operator looking for a long-term home where your expertise truly matters Do you thrive in a fast-paced precision-focused production environment Our Stevensville team is growing and were looking for an experienced CNC Operator who takes pride in precision and performance.
As a key contributor on our production floor youll work with a wide range of state-of-the-art equipmentincluding VMCs HMCs mill/turn machines turning centers and surface grinders. This is a production-focused role where consistency accuracy and efficiency are essential. Youll be trusted to maintain quality on repeat parts with well-defined processes while helping us meet the high standards expected in the defense industry.
Position Expectations:
- Load and unload CNC machines according to established procedures
- Manage tool life based on existing work instructions
- Monitor and maintain part quality throughout the production run
- Make minor program or offset adjustments when necessary
- Perform basic machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized
- Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Complete required shop documentation and part inspection records
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- All other job duties as assigned
Position Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to adapt quickly to new processes parts and workflows
- Experience working with tight tolerances and precision requirements
- Solid math skills and proficiency with measuring tools (calipers micrometers etc.)
- A self-starter mindset with a great attitude and reliable work habits
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Skills & Education:
- 2 years of manufacturing or machining experience
- Background in production machining
- High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule & Compensation:
- 4x10s enjoy three-day weekends every week!
- MondayThursday 6:30 am5:00 pm
